So I played sports all my life. When I got to my first year of college I was 17 and I stopped playing sports. Instead I partied a lot. I drank and ate everything and anything. I was lazy and unhappy. I ended up gaining over 50 lbs in my first three months of college; going from 110 lbs to over 160 and I'm only 5'3. After that I decided to make a change. I started lifting weights for the first time and I fell in love with the gym.
The best advice I can give to someone is to stay committed. What ever your goals are commit. It's not easy but it's very possible to reach your goals but if you don't give 100% you won't see results. You are only hurting yourself. No one else cares if you at healthy or not. Give yourself a goal and commit.
I'm a little bit of an adrenaline junky... I don't have a lot of spare time but I've decided that I want to do so many things ha. I just started riding motorcycles. I like hiking and cliff jumping. I started snorkeling and I want to start scuba diving now that I live in Florida. I love shooting guns!! I'm going to start training to do competition shooting.
The show is designed to test you. It's emotionally draining and especially with the least amount of experience out of everyone there I was put into situations I never expected. Time constraints, doing things you've never done before, and being constantly taken out of my comfort zone. Its a stressful environment and you have no control. I like to take my time designing tattoos so I can give my clients the best possible tattoo. On the show we don't get that option. You have a certain amount of time and if you don't like your drawing or don't get it done it doesn't matter. You have to tattoo it or you go home. No one does the quality of work they would at home when they are on the show. That's hard to deal with. When you know you can do better. On the show it just doesn't always happen that way unfortunately. Then you have judges telling you how bad your work is; it is a hard thing to deal with.
I actually love leg day lol I try to train legs twice a week. Leg day is hard but I love pushing myself. Plus my glutes and hamstrings have always been a weak point so the more work I put in them the better results. I hate chest day... Probably because I don't care to have chest muscles lol but it's necessary to train every body part so your secondaries perform well.
I do not. Most of my tattoos are horror or death inspired. I love the dark side of things. I also like to collect work from artists I admire; right now my friend Nikko Hurtado is working on my 1930s horror sleeve ;)
So I love love love the shorts ! I have a hard time finding fitness shorts that fit the way I like. These are amazing, love the taper at the bottom, that's perfect for fit girls ;) The sports bras and shirts are great I don't wear pink clothes lol but I love the fit and the quality is really good
