Tattoos and Tomfoolery Episode 9: Durb Morrison and White Boy Ric

Tattoos and Tomfoolery Episode 9: Durb Morrison and White Boy Ric

March 09, 2017

The first segment of this episode features an in studio visit from my friend White Boy Ric (a.k.a DJ Dirty White).  Ric talks to me about his new radio show Dirty Words Featuring Dirty White and Friends sponsored by InkAddict.  Dirty Words can be heard on RawRadioX.com.  Ric also talks about the re-birth of his hip-hop career, how he got the name White Boy Ric, and how he and I met.  You can also hear Ric on Saturday nights on Riff2.com.

In the second segment I talk to the very busy Durb Morrison.  Aside from being an accomplished tattoo artist and owner of Red Tree Tattoo Gallery in Columbus, Ohio, Durb is involved in many different areas of the industry.  He is the inventor of True Tubes and True Grips, publisher of Pint Size Paintings, and writer for Tattoo Magazine.  With all those different hats it may be surprising to some that Durb still has time to be the owner and organizer of Hell City Tattoo Festival.  Durb tells us all about Hell City Killumbus coming up April 11th, 12th, and 13th 2014.  Listen in to find out why Hell City is often regarded as the best convention in the country.  You can also visit Hell City on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
