"I have a dream..." the words said by Martin Luther King Jr. and remembered around the world. We're celebrating the legacy of the iconic dreamer by sharing some of our favorite takes on MLK tattoos. If you don't know MLK Day is observed on the third Monday during the month of January, falling around the date of King's birthday, January 15th. The holiday was signed into law by then President Ronald Reagan in 1983 and was officially observed in all 50 states in 2000.
